usemoji is a tool for launching coins on pump.fun whose creator fees are spent by rules you set. By using it you accept these terms.

Not advice, no promises. Nothing here is financial advice. Coins can lose all their value. Triggers depend on third parties (X, pump.fun, Solana) and may be delayed, skipped or stop.

No affiliation. usemoji and the coins launched with it are not affiliated with X or with any account a coin watches, unless that account says so itself. Don't present a coin as endorsed by anyone who hasn't endorsed it, and don't use anyone's name or image in a misleading way.

Fees and custody. 20% of a coin's creator fees go to usemoji. The other 80% is held in usemoji's wallet until the coin's rules spend it. Rules and the watched account are fixed at launch. Launch costs and network fees are not refundable.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for what you launch and for following the laws that apply to you. We can remove a coin from this site for any reason, including a complaint from a person it names; the coin itself stays on chain.

As is. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and we aren't liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
